I too very much like this photo. All of your food shots are good but the juxtaposition of shapes and colours is particularly pleasing.

What do you do with the pattypan squash? Is is like a summer squash and the skin is edible?

Yes, just like a summer squash; I just pan fried them with sme S&P. Not my favourite flavour!
