Our Neighbourhood

When we moved into our new apartment in '04, I decided to get a new vacuum cleaner ( I had been using a Shopvac). I dropped into the neighbourhood Electrolux dealership and met the most charming sales guy. He looked like someone who should be in movies, rather than vaccum cleaners sales. An intitial misunderstanding on my part led me to think he was French. So, we did all our negotiations in French. It turned out he was born in Turkey, but had command of a ton of languages. I ended up with what think is the world's ultimate value machine ("Eureka Rally"). Anyway, he let me take this one photo.
